Every Salesforce exam sets its own pass mark and its own section weights, and both are published in that exam's guide. Scenario questions written to those weights, with timed mocks scored against the mark your exam actually uses. Free to start.

An agent handles both order status and returns. In testing, a customer saying their item arrived damaged and they want to send it back is answered by the order status topic instead of the returns topic. Both topics have correct scopes and instructions.

Where this question sits in the exam
AI Agents is 35% of the Agentforce Specialist exam — the largest of its five sections. Our mocks use the same mix.
Every option is explained, including the wrong ones — that's what the free tier is. Original items written against each exam's published guide, not real exam questions.
Scoring
The mark is published in each exam's guide, and it isn't the same across the catalogue. Agentforce Specialist passes at 73%. It's a straight percentage rather than a score on a points scale, so the number means what it says.
What Salesforce doesn't publish is how it reaches that percentage. You get a weight for each section and one overall figure, but not the formula joining them — so an exact "you need this many questions" is always someone's assumption. We show each exam's own mark and estimate per section, which is the shape the score report returns.
Most of these exams run 60 scored questions plus up to five unscored ones that aren't marked and aren't flagged, so answer everything. Many questions are multiple-select, where a partial answer scores nothing. Results arrive the moment you submit.
And Salesforce credentials need a release maintenance module once a year. Miss the deadline and the certification expires rather than lapsing — worth knowing when you choose which exam to sit and when.
Accuracy by section, weighted as the exam weights them
Switch exams and the line moves, because Salesforce sets a mark per exam rather than one for the platform. Accuracy here is illustrative. Weights are the published ones.
Where an exam's guide doesn't give us a number, we show nothing rather than a guess.

Exams
Salesforce has been renaming credentials to match current product and role names. Where a name changed, the card shows the previous one, so a search for the old name still lands you in the right place.
